Several walked right by me avoiding my gaze and refusing to respond to me. Not one of them came back to tell me anything. Then as I was standing there for serveral minutes three more employees came to ask me if they could help me and then went back to the kitchen. The first person asked me how they could help me and then when in back to look. After 40 minutes I showed up for my order. I was told it would take 30-40 mnutes for one pizza. Only silver lining was the incompetence was reflected in our bill by not charging for the appetizers) More ( I am leaving out the dirty dishes that came with our appetizers. I use to go here back in college but never need to go back again. We finally left after almost a 1 1/2 hour mediocre meal. Our waiter was slow to come with our check, a lid for the sauce on our item to go. The food was okay, it sounded much better than it was presented as. I asked him to please bring whatever was done out and he did. Our server informed us that three of our meals were up but he was waiting on two more. Now 40 minutes into our dining experience. After twenty minutes instead of our appetizers arriving our server informed us that they didn’t have fries? But they could do waffle fries (Really it took that long to figure this out?) Another ten minutes passed before our appetizers came out. we ordered two appetizers (bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers & cheddar bacon cheese fries) and two paninis, two chipoties and a burger. It had all the potential to be a nice meal. Ha! The place was empty with just a few tables of diners.
